Brilliant location! Not far from Cardiff Central Station. Close to the Castle, the Market, various Arcades, and Bute Park for Cardiff Boat Tours to the Cardiff Bay. Lots of eateries and nice restaurants nearby too. The indoor swimming pool is absolutely a plus.

Overall, the experience was good. However, I found the family rooms very small and not much space to move. The bathroom was beautiful however, I would expected things like shower cos, seeing kit, etc but there was nothing. Facilities at hotel were good, however there was no parking and the nearby parking was very expensive. With regards to comfort, the beds were comfortable but the pillows were very uncomfortable. There was also no fridge in the room. I had previously stayed at a double tree Hilton Hilton and expected more from Hilton. In my opinion, Double tree Hilton is much better.

Not what I expected from a Hilton. The staff were very friendly and the room was good and clean. No safe and the fridge/mini bar wasn't working and empty. Breakfast was ok but the chef was very accommodating making me an omelette or poached eggs for my breakfast.

I had a great stay at the Hilton Cardiff. The hotel was very nice, modern, well-kept, and in a great location. The front desk staff were excellent: welcoming, professional, and quick to assist with anything I needed. My room was spotless, and the bed was extremely comfortable, which made for a restful night’s sleep. Cleanliness was clearly a priority throughout the hotel. Overall, a reliable and pleasant experience. Would definitely stay again.

A decent hotel. The room and bathroom was large, clean, and the bed was comfy. My gripes: - No complimentary water bottle at check-in - No toiletries package - A broken hairdryer, and even if it was working, there was no plug for it in the bathroom. - Bedroom layout meant it was hard to see the TV from the bed. - For a supposedly luxury hotel, the swimming pool was below standard. For the price, it’s not the best.

酒店的位置非常得好，步行到古堡的距離很近，而且酒店後面就是整個凱迪夫的最熱鬧的商業街購物非常的方便，酒店的服務比較滿意！
